Drywall taping & finishing, believe it or not, is arguably the most difficult skill in renovation. This is because unlike other aspects of renovation that generally involve cutting and gluing/fastening, drywall finishing is a fine art. The skill requires using the right sized putty knife, to apply the right amount of mud at he right angle, even at the right speed!
Drywall boarding on the other hand, does not require countless hours of practice because it is a typical "cut and screw" process. Nonetheless one must know the right methodology for the swiftest, least tiresome process by knowing the chronology of installation and using the appropriate hand AND power tools at their respective times.

At Hanchao Contracting, we have men of both skill and strength to complete your drywall project in ample time.There are no size limits to the scope of work, however, keep in mind ceiling work takes twice the time and energy from start to finish than wall. Please have the electrical work done before hand, whether through our arrangement or your own.
